Various factors such as quantity of items hired, duration of hire and location that effect the pricing. We like to provide accurate quotes with no hidden extras therefore all inquiries are quoted for on an individual basis.
Once you’ve got in touch to let us know the items you are interested in along with your date and venue we will email you an itemised quote that includes any delivery and collection charges if applicable along with our booking terms and conditions.
Once you’ve received your quote we are available to answer any questions you may have!
The service we offer is simple & hassle free.
1. Get in touch via phone or email to let us know which products you are interested in hiring.
2. We’ll send you back an itemised quote and answer any questions you have. IMPORTANT – we are not VAT registered so you do not have to add 20% vat to your quote.
3. If would like to go ahead with the quote then we will reserve the products for you and email across booking details. Once we’ve received your booking form and deposit the booking is secure.
4. Closer to your wedding/event date we will get in touch with you to confirm your booking details and at this point we will also get in touch with your venue to arrange suitable delivery and collection times.
We know you have a lot to organise when planning a wedding or event – our aim is to always make the booking, delivery, set up and collection process as clear and simple as possible.
